2018 President's Message, 

Welcome to the Oak Harbor Football and Cheer League! The OHFCL is a 100% volunteer-supported nonprofit organization that serves families living within the Oak Harbor and Coupeville School Districts. The goal of the league is to provide children an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of tackle football and cheerleading in a safe, positive environment. In addition to sportsmanship, the Oak Harbor Football and Cheer League emphasizes education, citizenship, and respect for oneself and others. Instilling these values promotes positive growth as responsible individuals and is beneficial for the entire community. We invite you to join us and we welcome your input on how we may continue to improve our organization.
