Congratulations to Brooke Whelpley and Hunter Bos, 2018 Oak Harbor High School graduates and recipients of an Oak Harbor Football & Cheer League (OHFCL) scholarship.  

Each year the OHFCL awards two $500 scholarships to former cheerleaders and football players of the OHFCL who are graduating seniors at the high school.
